The MAD FIGS Dollar Bill was created at a Track practice at Bullard High School. It is a normal one dollar bill, with a few special modifications added by the MAD FIGS. George Washington is colored red, green, and blue, and is saying "He sits in my living room, MAD FIGS, to stay" (paraphrased quote from the MAD FIGS Theme Song). The bill has also been modified to read "In MAD FIGS We Trust."
As of June 1997, Jacob had custody of the Dollar Bill. This was odd, because the original doctrine concerning it was that the MAD FIGS member who could pole vault the highest would posses the Dollar Bill. It is believed that Jacob earned the Dollar Bill by accomplishing some task set by the Great Vinnardo, who had previously controlled it. This means that whoever possesed the Dollar Bill would have a certain amount of control over the other MAD FIGS, and could get them to do almost anything in exchange for the Dollar Bill.

The Back of the MAD FIGS Dollar
Before leaving for his mission, Jacob passed the dollar on to Paul, the rightful owner. However, in 1999 a new doctrine was created, stating that control of the dollar would belong to the winner of the previous year's Septathalon. The Animal emerged victorious in 1999, and has vigorously defended his title ever since.
In addition to the original MAD FIGS Dollar, a limited 2nd Edition was created by Jacob. Only 10 of the bills exist, possessed by each of the MAD FIGS. Their true values are incalculable, but no one would ever think of spending them anyway.

In addition to the offical editions, there also exists a counterfeit MAD FIGS Dollar which was created by the Animal for use in the awards ceremony of the 2000 Septathalon (apparently he was so confident of victory that he did not considering having to hand over the real thing within the realm of possibility). The whereabouts of this artifact are currently unknown.
