"Adventure Race"
Due to the extreme heat, the traditional Woodward Park Adventure Race was replaced by a team competition. All competitors were given four choices (Wind, Waffles, Water, and Wits) representing the different parts of the event, and assigned onto teams based on their choices. The total times for each section were added together, with the members of the top two teams making it to the final challenge: a Connect Four tournament to determine the overall winner.
